What Causes Wart Like Growth In Vulva?

Hi I have just been told that I have low - grade dyskaryosis and tested positive for HPV infection. Prior to my smear I had also noticed wart like structures around and in my vulvar. I decided to have a full sexual health check and my results came back clear (no genital warts) 3 weeks later I have noticed new growths. I was having quite a bit of discharge but now that has reduced dramatically with no medication. What could this possibly be and should I be worried?
