What Causes Wart Like Spots On Anal Hole?

I have small spots around my bum hole there a lot of them and the only way to describe them are warts that's what they look like I thought it could of been harpies but I ain't sure at first they were really painful but now not as bad but they have been there for ages also when I wipe there is blood sometime on my toilet paper. Please help
