What Causes Warts In The Genital Area?

Have been feeling feverish after sex, taking oily food or a few bites from a mosquito for the past five years. Recently married my wife and i beginning to experience the same symptoms as well as waste pain. Plus i'm beginning to develop warts in my genital area. What could all this mean? And which tests should we take?
