What Causes Warts On Hand And Dry Patches On Scalp?

Hi, So I have a ton of warts all over my hand. I am scared because I keep touching them to places such as my scalp face and hair. I am scared they will spread due to my dry scalp and skin. What should I do? will they spread? Also on my scalp, it is so dry that when I comb my hair it makes a rough crinkling and scratching sound. Also little bumbs all over my scalp! What should I do about these problems?
