What Causes Warts On The Penile Shaft?

I am a 27 year old male and a couple days ago i found two small warts on my penis shaft. I've been with the same woman for 7yrs and she has HPV. She has had abnormal paps, and had a colposcopy done a couple times, and recently had a Normal pap. She has never had any warts, either internal or external. Are the warts i found associated with HPV? I've also had anal bleeding for three years now and had a colonoscopy done which came back cancer and polyp free. Id like to have a blood test done (which i have never had done in my life) to make sure there are no signs of cancer. and i'd like to have my warts checked out. What is the best doctor to go to? a Family practice? or gynecologist?
