What Causes Warts On The Penis?

I was with this guy thursday thought it was going to be long term and it was not .I confuse because I felt something different on his penis not sure if they were warts,orskin tags. I was beleiving we had a future together guess not. He will not answer my calls so I can find out he told me he hadn't been with someone in three years. Wat shall I do ?
