What Causes Warts On Uvula Along With Enlarged Adenoids?

My son a 19 yr old College football player has to have what the ENTDianosed a WARTS ON HIS ULIVIA. He also was told he has enlarged adnoids and they will remove some excess tissue from this area. Weird I wanted him tested for Mono last Summer ! No one felt it was necessary and he did have a great playing Football Season. I will ask tgey please biopsy this warts tutors or whatever we are going to call them? Any advice ?
