What Causes Watery And Smelly Ear Wax?

Hi. I have beta thalassemia, asthma and eczema. Recently, i had experience dizziness for few months. Sometimes almost faint but manage to gain my consciousness back immediately after few seconds. I've run my blood test. My blood HB is 11. Normal glucose and cholesterol. No sign of tyroid or migrane. Two days ago, my ears wax was watery and had foul smell. What could be my problem? I've seen many doctors but they still couldn't identify what causes it..please help me.
