What Causes Watery Bleeding After Sex?

I finished my period 5 days ago, I had intercourse 2 days ago but after I was bleeding which was watery red which later went to brown, again I had intercourse last night and today i have started to bleed (watery red), I have had no cramps or other symptons? it is not a great deal of blood more so when I wipe and not continuous
