What Causes Watery Eyes Along With Headache?

Morning. Female 57 yrs. 65Kgs. General health very good. Exercise regularly. I have had watery eyes which "smart" and also mild light headedness. My forehead just above eyebrows hurt when pushed. This has persisted for over a month and starts directly I wake up. I don't have breathing problems. It basically feels like the start of a head cold all the time.
