What Causes Watery Left Eye And Red Eyelids?

my left eye waters 2 to3 times a week for a long period of time going on for 4 months went to eye doctor he gave me drops saying my lids looked red no good my eyes drups and I have big bags under my eyes and my eye balls feel sour at times but that s all the eye doctor did he also said it looked like a part of my bottom lid has pulled away from the eye ball in one small spot but it has done no good what he gave me I don t think he is the wright doctor I need to fsee I am 58 years old with a lot of stress and a lot of computer time
