What Causes Watery Light Bleeding,breast Enlargement And Bloating Of Stomach?

I had full menstruation on January,last month it came late just for 1 day & now it s just watery bright blood I want to know if maybe I am pregnancy because my breast are growing big,my stomach becomes big & hard after eating.I had milky discharge most of the time,feeling tired & short tempered.
