What Causes Watery Pinkish Discharge Between Periods?

I just recently had intercourse and it was unprotected, my partner ejaculated inside me and I had just gotten off my period but now I have a very light and very waterty pink/red period that started spotting this morning and there is a very slight twitch in my ovarian area. Did he and I go too hard? Or what could it be?
