What Causes Watery Stools With Foul Odour In An Infant?

My child is 6months old and hes passing frequent watery, foul smelling stools.im giving him derolac sachet in his zerolac milk.but the consistency of stool is still watery.i have tried colistin also but no response.since last night hes passing less urine also.plz advice
