What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramps?

Hi, I had sex with my husband 3 days ago after 1 year. My age is 32 years. I experienced watery vaginal discharge in the morning with stomach cramps last night and high body temperature( was confused that I have fever and will also have my periods but instead had watery discharge in the morning whic made my panty almost wet.I dont remember the exact date of my last periods. Will I be pregnant?
