What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge While Dancing Or Jumping?

Hello Dr Jain, Im 37 year old with 2 children, 1 is 12 years old and a nine year old. I have a problem that when im at a party and start dancing more of it jumping, i get this gush of water from my vagina. its not urine, its clear and odourless. I get comletely wet and sometimes it starts dripping. what could it be ? im fit and no medical history
