What Causes Watery White Discharge From The Vagina?

I am of 28 years age pregnant with twins for 31 weeks. The pregnancy is going normal and I am feeling comfort with my pregnancy. Regular medical check ups are continue. The only problem is that now a days when I stand for more than five minutes, some watery fluid get discharge from vagina. Is this a problem? Please advise.
