What Causes Wavy Sensation In The Face?

Hi, It's been a week now that I've been feeling a light pressure in a wave motion on the left side of my face by the left temple without pain. It's kind of like a light throbbing wave and it does'nt go away. I've tried taking naps and it does'nt help. It only calms down when I nap. at this point I'm worried because before this started to happen my ring finger next to my pinky on the left arm became stiff and very painful in the bone part that connects to the hand. and also painful pressure on the let here my heart is. I am a female and just turned 38. I want to know if this is an emergency or if it is common and what to do.
