What Causes Weak Erection After Having Surgery On Shoulder?

I am 48 yo male, overweight, in decent health otherwise. My ability to have an erection has been going down since I had surgery on my shoulder. After a 5 hour rebuild of my shoulder I cant seem to get it back. The more I exercise the worse the problem seems to be.
