What Causes Weak Fingers Obstructing Normal Writing?

I can not write freely. I do not get full strength in finger during writing. I feel obstruction during writing. I have not any problem to do work with my hand. I take medicine only for BP (ESLO 2.5) everyday morning. I am facing so many problems in my office due to writers cramp. Please, advice me as early as as possible.
