What Causes Weakness And Pain From Arms To Shoulders?

I have episodes of increasing arm weakness/paralysis and pain surging down my arms from my shoulders all the way to my fingers lasting between 1 to 2 minutes. The pain feels like blood draining from my arms. Many times I have an aura where my arms can feel the beginning of pain before the episode starts. I have seen others reporting this, but no one seems to have any idea what this is.
