What Causes Weakness In Arms Along With Discomfort In Chest?

Hi. I m 24 yr old male that weighs 195. 5 11.... I ve had echocardiogram and ekg and blood test done and all comes back good and they say my heart if perfect but lately I get weakness in my arms, and the front right side of my neck gets a weird sensation along with the upper right side of my chest.... I don t know what to do because I don t wanna go to the Dr for them to say it s nothing like usual but all the tests come back fine each time... please help guide me!
