What Causes Weakness, Nausea, Headache, Frequent Urination And Vaginal Discharge?

I am not sure if im pregnant and i have most of the signs that normal website gives like the weakness/tiredness, nasuea, headaches, bachaches and i go to the bathroom more, and i also i have this wetness leaking sort of and its not urine it feels different and has like a distinct smell
