What Causes Weakness On Left Side Of Face In A Person With Bells Palsy?

I ve had bells palsy for7mo. I have a remaining lump on the left side. It all occurred after two mohl skin cancer surgery and some other skin cancer removals. Lump has been biopsied -no cancer. Live in Seattle. Have had an eye lid tuck surgery. Weakness now persists on left side of the face from brow to left jaw. I m 82 and very physically active, Never toke drugs. Considering acupuncture.
