What Causes Weakness,tiredness And Motion More Than 3 Times A Day With Pain In Abdomen?

i m 25 years old. i had an abortion on april 20th and had second check up on may4th . They found in scanning that i am fine but pregnacy urine test was positive. Hence they asked me to test again on May14th and it turned to be negative. Now i m having weakness, tiredness n motion more than 3 times a day with pain in my abdomen. Do u have any idea on this why is this? or its just normal?I also have protein in my urine. and blood in my urine. I got my regular menstrual cycle on may10th. M little worried whether my health is fine or not. what do you suggest?
