What Causes Weight Gain, Tingling Feeling In Feet And Thirst?

i think i might be a diabetes gained a lot of weight in the past 8 months without eating alot i have tinging in my feet when i lay down for bed legs jerking and tinglels my toe nails are kinda grey big looks like it will fall off soon very thirsty cant get enough fluids
