What Causes Weight Gain While On Supprelin Implant?

My daughter has been on supprelin la implant for 2.5 years, with the second implant I started seeing excessive weight gain and she just seemed off. We had the implant removed but still her Estradiol level is 9.5 (no change) since she had the implant, and it has been out for 8 months. she has not grown one little bit since over 1.5 years. I check all the time. its like her body hormones is all out of order. She has high cholesterol too now. low vitD. I am sooooo worried for her. Im afraid she will not get a period to have children and not grow ever again. any advice. I am a dentist so I know biological science and I KNOW something is wrong but no one listens
