What Causes Weight Gain,acne And Mood Swings?

Hi doctors, i hv 2 babies and i have mirena coil for 1 and half years now. since that i experienced weight gain, acne,changing moods and symtoms of pregnancy!! are all these symtoms related to the coil? could i be pregnant? shall i take it out? i really need help,thak you.
