What Causes Weight Loss And Vomiting When On Medication For BP And Thyroid?

My daughter-28 has been experiencing loss of weight, vomiting, hair loss, and appearing pale.She takes medication for high blood pressure and for thyriod(hypo)She has moved back to our area in the last 6 months and has not found a physician, although for a job interview she saw a physician for a drug test and discussed this w/him. He advised she take a ensure supplement and a vitamin suppliment( i believe) Your thoughts?
