What Causes Weight Loss, Joint Aches, Cold And Fatigue?

Hi Im a 28 yr old mum of 2, for the past year my wieght has dropped from a size 10 to barely a size 8, my joints are so achy it feels as tho Im constantly coming down with a cold, am so tiered and drained after simple tasks, am feeling fuzzy like pins and needles in my right arm, please help as feel like Im constanly moaning about feeling run down , many thanks :)
