What Causes Weird Feeling In Head Along With Nausea?

I have recently started having odd sensations in my head. It s hard to explain, but I can feel it go from one side of my head to another. Not painful, just makes me feel off kilter. I have occasionally been nauseous as well. My eyes also at times seem out of whack. This tends to happen more often in the evening. Any thoughts.
