What Causes Weird Movement Inside Belly?

hello. my bf and i had sex on 23 of may i know its been a week only but i feel different. i feel so sleepy, i feel some weird movement below my belly on both sides, i also cramp a little. Is it to early to be pregnant? by the way i had my period on the 8th of may i dont exactly know if i was ovulating when i had sex. please help
