What Causes Weird Sounds In Abdomen Before And After Taking Food?

My stomach keeps making these weird noises in the middle of class. It happens when I'm hungry and after I eat. How to I stop my stomach from making all these weird noises? I really need to stop them because I have some big tests coming up. Please help me.
