What Causes Wet Feeling On Legs?

I have mixed connective tissue disorder for 13 years and have been taking plaquenil since diagnosed. Suddenly I have the sensation on my legs as if lotion is on them,a sticky feeling. But no lotion has been applied. I last felt this 13 years ago. Any explanation ?
