What Causes Wheezing Sounds While Breathing Post Antibiotic Treatment For Cold?

I have had a cold with head congestion for 15 days, now it has gone into my chest. The doctor gave me a four day antibiotic and now it is going into my chest. I went back to the doc today she gave me a breathing trx and some Augmenton. When I exhale now I am hearing a wheezing sound in my throat and upper chest. What does that mean?
