What Causes Wheezing When Suffering Form Angina Arthritis?

I am 66 year old woman non smoker but overweight. Suffer with angina arthritis and asthma. 10 days ago started wheezing then a hard dry cough started. I increased my asthma medication and reliever. Rec'd course of antibiotics. Cough slightly easier with small mucus released, but still wheezing. Not got a temp & BP controlled ok.
