What Causes Wheezing,coughing, Sneezing And Fever In Infants?

My baby is 9 month old and having cold and cough. And she is not taking proper sleep due to wheezing, coughing sneezing and fever also in night from last 3 days back and i was giving her some homeopathic medicene by advice of dr. But there is no response. So i am realy scared of it. There is any cough syrup for 9 month baby so that i can give her relax before taking advise of Dr.
