What Causes Whistle Blowing In The Right Ear?

Good evening sir, I am Deepak kumar(govt employee) age 33 years old,resides at Rohini delhi.I am unwell now a days due to Whistle blowing in right ear from two months.It is very high. I have checked in Sanjay gandhi hosp.(Govt hosp.) at mangolpuri delhi as well as in Sant parmanand hosp.But not get good result delhi. please give right suggesstion in this diseases.
