What Causes White And Yellow Spots In Labia?

Hi, I am 19 years old and a freshman in college. I have recently noticed that i have white and yellowish spots on the inside of my labia. I do not know if they were there before or not because I have no checked there. You can only see them if I pull on my labia and stretch it out to look. I am a virgin still also and I can not find anything online to figure out what this is
