What Causes White Blotches On Palms And Fingers?

white blotches on palms and fingers. They are under the skin and go away when i squeeze something but then return if i am resting. I have felt unwell and tired a lot too. I am female and 30 years old. I have recently (past 6 months) had a few minor infections such as chest, ear and throat infections. Previous to that i have always been well
