What Causes White Bumps On Clitoral Hood?

Hi I'm 21 years old and about two years ago I noticed above my clitoral hood (still inside the lips) I have two white bumps.. they feel like a hard rock underneath the skin and it almost looks transparent. . It also feels like after you get an ear piercing you get that hard rock in the pierced hole. Please help me how can I treat these two white hard bumps. I'm so self concious about this.
