What Causes White Bumps On The Cheek And Chin?

Hello Im 11 and I have tiny white bumps all over my cheeks and on my chin. Ive had them since I was 7. I have tried face masks, scrubs, and I wash my face twice daily with Neutragenas gentle foaming cleanser and then I use their Alcohal free toner. I had my first and only facial about three months ago. Also on my face you can see my vein going straight down the middle of my nose.
