What Causes White Bumps On The Labia Majora?

i had 2 small white bumps for about a week, about the size of eraser heads, on the left side of my labia majora. the only time i noticed that it hurt was when I urinated, the urine see to make that area burn. I went to the nurse practioner and she did a pelvic exam and she said it looked like herpes...but I have a question, the bumps are no longer there and werent there when she did the exam yesterday(this is all with in 1 week time frame, I woke up yesterday morning and the 2 bumps were gone and I took a q-tip and wiped the area, it was very pale yellow(im assuming from the urine, because I just went pee) and the bumps are completly gone, which as of today its just a smalll red area from irritation from my urine), there is no itching or burning(unless urine touches it) and it doesnt smell. She did a culture and I had a blood test and I am waiting the reuslts, but to me this doesnt sound like herpes in any way..Ive seen pictures and its not even close, plus I dont have any of the symptoms that you would with herpes, and if I did this would be a first outbreak and those are usually the worse...she has me taking acyclovir just in case, im really freaking out, I would like to know why this nurse practioner is scaring the crap out of me and telling its herpes when I know its not, and she isnt trying to figure out the real problem.

So what is this??
