What Causes White Bumps On The Penis And Swelling In Lymph Node Of Groin?

I had white bumps appear on my penis. They did'nt hurt, more appeared at the base of my penis. I had a doctor remove the visible bumps with a freezing treatment. They went away just fine. After a month the bumps on the base started to get red and a bump, like fluid filled around the bumps. I poked it twice with a pen but nothing would come out. After that my groin lymph node had swollen and the area became extremely painfull. Its like the bumps started to pop and its getting better, but I'm worried.
