What Causes White Color Vaginal Discharge?

I am experiencing some weird things in the vaginal area; milky-sticky white discharge, tan (soft poopy-like) stuff on the sides of my clitoris (in between the labia major and minora), my clitoris is pink at the top and darker toward the bottom, I have some itching and discomfort, and sometimes odor. I am working on getting health insurance but if possible do you what it might be and what I can do to make it normal, at least until I get insurance?
