What Causes White Colored Spots On The Skin Along With Numbness?

Hi I'm a 39 year old female, 171cm tall and weigh 50kg. I have a approximately 5 cafe au lait spots and have noticed recently that I have no sensation in these areas.... roughly 90% to other areas. The spots have always been there but the loss of sensation is new since the end of January 2011.
