What Causes White Deposits On Foreskin Inspite Of Using Nystatin?

hi,i had unprotected sex with a sex worker on sept,2014. After 3 weeks i noticed that white buildup under my foreskin. it doesnt itch or hurt. I saw a doctor and he prescribed me nystatin cream and the white buildup has gone.. After 3 weeks now i have small bumps on my forehead,nose and on top of the eyelid. Ive been taking doxicylcine hyclate 100mg for 2 weeks now and the bumps arent going yet. Am i infected with an std?
