What Causes White Discharge After Bowel Movement?

My question is concerning white discharge After poop and urination (seated). It happened twice this week and never happened when i was standing. Although at first i felt pain at the end of the urethera earlier without discharge. The pain persisted and the discharge followed on the same day

Anyway after it happened i paniced and i took 2g of Azithromicin (single dose). Since i come from a family of doctors,I know and understand that it is not a wise thing to do especially when there is no clear diagnosis but i am actually residing in Burkina Faso and wasn't sure about the healthcare here, it was also late at night so i hope you understand how i felt and why i reacted.

The next day, pain started to fade gradually and i feel no pain at all now. In fact urnation is pretty easier and smooth. Today i had some white discharge and it has been 4 days since i too the Azithromycin dose. I was also seated

Last time i had sex was 3 months ago. I stopped masturbation for a month and a half trying to end my porn addiction so i am pretty much loaded right now.

Generally speaking, when treating STDs with Azithromycin how long does it take for the discharge to stop? And is it safe to wait until i am back to my home country in August and go get tested and diagnosed? I am really cluless please help me
