What Causes White Discharge After Tummy Tuck Surgery?

I am three weeks post op on a tummy tuck. My belly button has white stuff in it. It is Saturday so I can't call the PS. I am freaking out. My stitches in the main cut have been removed; my stitches in the small vertical cut are to be removed on the 24th of Feb. My PS is three hours from where I live. Should I be freaking out about this?
