What Causes White Discharge And Pubic Hair Growth?

My name is sydney and I am 12 why won't my boobed grow and why are my nipples so big please help!! I don't understand I do have pubic hairs genetic area but no where else and I also have pimples on my face and get white discharge everyday can you predict when I'm going to start my period ohh and please your a doctor right please answer my question;)
